What Can I Expect?
When you visit one of our services at Crown Baptist Church, we want you to feel “at home.” We strive in being as welcoming as we can. In our services, we sing traditional hymns out of a hymn book which is provided for use during the service, and our speaker preaches from the Bible. Before our speaker preaches, the primary-aged children are dismissed for Sunday school, but they are welcome to stay with you. We also have a creche for infants. After the service, we usually hang around and fellowship over morning tea which is provided by our members.
We want you to experience inspiring music, helpful teaching and preaching, friendly people, and a place where you feel welcome and at home!

Frequently asked questions
-
We do not have a dress code other than what would be expected when entering into a public place. Most of our ministry workers and long-time members wear traditional “Sunday-best” attire, but please don’t feel “out of place” when you visit.
-
We don’t charge people to attend our services. We do have an offering box if you wish to donate, but we do not pressure anybody to give. Our church operates on the free-will offering of our regular attendees.
-
Our church is traditional in its approach. We seek to build people and glorify God. Our purpose is not for entertainment. We believe entry into Heaven is by grace and through faith in Jesus Christ. Not by any works of our own.
